Do you feel “on edge” and feel as if you have to walk around eggshells around a loved one? If so, you may be suffering from emotional abuse.

Learning about emotional abuse is the first step in overcoming it.

Personally, I have been in emotionally abusive situations. I always felt as if I weren’t “good enough” for my loved one. I often felt anxious, on edge, and scared to do or to say the “wrong thing” to set my loved one off.

Living with emotional abuse is a horrible experience, but once you learn to recognize the abuse for what it is, you are more able to stand up and fight for your rights.

I plan to review this book after I read it. I hope you find this e-book helpful, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it as well!
