Jennifer Love Hewitt, the star of the hit series Ghost Whisperer on ABC appears fearless as she helps spirits find peace so they can cross over into the light. However, she has revealed she has several phobias.

Daily India reports a survey was conducted regarding phobias. Both celebrities and non-famous people were surveyed and the results revealed several celebrities suffer from the same phobias ordinary people do.

Jennifer Love Hewitt admits she has several phobias, including a phobia of sharks, elevators, and closed spaces:

“The trouble is that many of the Hollywood meetings I have to attend take place at the top of tall buildings - and I simply cannot set foot in a lift if there are too many people in it. If there are four of five people in it, I just about manage it.”

While Love Hewitt admits her phobias, she doesn’t explain what led to them.

According to Wikipedia, those who suffer with panic attacks are likely to develop claustrophobia as well.

As with other phobias, claustrophobia sometimes occurs after having a traumatic experience in an enclosed or tight space. Additionally, claustrophobia can be treated with anti-anxiety medication, exposure therapy, and hypnosis.
