Take Some Time to Destress This Weekend!

Have you had a stressful week? If you have (or even if you haven’t) take some time to pamper yourself this weekend. Give yourself time to relax and destress. Relaxing this weekend will give you the energy you need to tackle next week!

Here are some great ways to relax and destress:

-Take a walk or do some other type of exercise
-Read a great book
-Get plenty of sleep
-Write in your journal
-Take a nice bubble bath
-Do some volunteer work - I find working with dogs and cats can be especially relaxing
-Listen to your favorite type of music
-Treat yourself to your favorite dessert, meal, or specialty drink
-Call your best friend and talk or hang out
-Watch your favorite movie

This weekend, don’t stress yourself out too much about getting everything you need to get done around your house done. If you don’t get every done, don’t beat yourself up over it. If you don’t get to run every errand you need to run, run, don’t get mad at yourself.

Just take some time to relax this weekend. You need to take time for yourself sometimes in order to rejuvenate!
