Moving Stress

Published by pinkink at 4:27 pm under Types of Anxiety Edit This

Moving is perhaps one of the most stressful things you can go through in your life. Yet, we all have to do it at some point or another in our lives - whether it’s moving from our parents’ homes to our own place, from our single apartments to a home when we start a family, or when things get too financially tight in one situation.

I am going to be moving soon, and while I am not looking forward to the stressfulness of the situation, I am looking forward to a more manageable situation (i.e., an apartment that covers heat as part of the rent cost rather than billing separately each month for it).

I know I am certainly not the only one who feels the stress and burden of the rising gas prices. All over the country, heat and gas prices are going through the roof!

Anyway, as I move, I’ll provide you updates and some tips as to how to manage stress while you move.

I hope you find the tips helpful.
